Dr. Costantino joined our board in June 2004. Dr. Costantino is a forensic toxicologist who is currently Vice President of Laboratory Operations for National Medical Services Inc. Dr. Costantino received his Ph.D. in Forensic Toxicology from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in 1991 his M.S. in Pharmacology/Toxicology from Duquesne University in 1984 and his B.S. in Pharmacy from Duquesne University in 1983. Dr. Costantino sits on the Board of Directors of the Society of Forensic Toxicology. He has authored and co-authored a number of publications abstracts and presentations in the clinical chemistry and toxicology fields from 1986 through the present.
